  My daughter in law added me to her account we were there 6 hours I paid 115$ up front for everything activation fee and whatever fee in the world. Than my 1st bill comes in with same charges already paid and they remember and told me they remember me paying everything but there was nothing they could do.

  This store has the most friendliest and helpful staff! Anytime I need help with a bill-related question or to purchase a new phone or tablet, the staff is always willing to help make my trip to their establishment worthwhile. I will always return. Just recently I traveled to the northeast for a vacation in NYC and I called up this Sprint store to get help with recent transaction I had in a different store. Marie and Cyntori were very helpful in assuring me that the other store did the right thing.
