He actually went to my house to help advise me on what needed to be done correctly. No bull coming from their advice. To me that's #1 in customer service.

He has installed two systems in my vehicles as well as all of my husband's. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and always take the time to explain what and why they are doing.
